Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation

Registration fee once paid is not refundable or adjustable. Only the requisite amount must be paid. Cancellation for new admissions is permitted and governed by the college policy for the given year. Should a candidate who has been offered admission and has paid admission fees, registration charges and other charges wish to withdraw his name, then deductions according to the college rules for the given academic year will apply. Please read the admission form instructions carefully for the given academic year to know more about rules and regulations that may apply. Admission once cancelled will not be re-considered.

Withdrawal of student from the college may be permitted after serving adequate formal intimation as governed by rules and regulations of the college.

Refund Policy

1. Technical Issue: In case of any technical issue due to which the payment gets deducted from the payer’s account and the payment gateway service confirms the settlement but the same is not reflected in our system, the payment shall be settled manually by the college. This may take 7-10 working days.

2. Multiple Payments Case: If double payment has been deducted from the payer’s account and the payment gateway service confirms the settlement, the college shall refund the payment after receiving it. This may take 7-10 working days. The payment may also be adjusted with the fee paid in the following month.

3. Other Payments Case: In all other cases where there is a discrepancy in the fee paid, the payer’s needs to directly contact the college whose decision shall be final.
